Katelyn Kaufman, MSN, FNP-C

NURSE PRACTITIONER

 

Katelyn Kaufman is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong emphasis on Geriatric Medicine, dedicated to delivering compassionate, comprehensive care to aging adults. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri–Kansas City in July 2021 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wichita State University in May 2016.

Katelyn’s clinical practice focuses on optimizing the health, safety, and quality of life of older adults across hospital, post-acute, and long-term care settings. She is passionate about supporting patients and families through the complexities of aging, including chronic disease management, medication optimization, and promoting independence through preventive care and education.

Known for her compassionate bedside manner and strong clinical judgment, Katelyn values collaboration, communication, and patient advocacy. Her approach reflects Premier Hospitalists of Kansas’ commitment to whole-person, dignity-centered care for every patient she serves.
