Rachel is a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals. A proud graduate of Georgetown University in 2017, she joined Premier Hospitalists of Kansas that same year and now serves as the Director of Advanced Practice Providers.

In this leadership role, Rachel oversees a dynamic team of advanced practice providers and plays a key role in shaping the future of nursing by mentoring Nurse Practitioner students and recent graduates. She specializes in acute and post-acute care, with a particular interest in the complexities of critical care medicine. Her clinical approach is centered on compassion, precision, and building strong, meaningful relationships with patients and their families.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Rachel is actively involved in her church community, where she finds fulfillment through service and fellowship. She is also a proud mother of two and enjoys balancing a full career with supporting her children’s activities and spending quality time together. A lifelong learner, Rachel continuously seeks opportunities to expand her knowledge—both in healthcare and in the world around her.
